With a strong background in recruitment and an in-depth knowledge of the world of work, Ali is a skilled career and outplacement specialist experienced in the design and delivery of effective outplacement and coaching programmes. Ali holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree majoring in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and HR Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ).  She is also trained and accredited in conducting psychometric assessments designed for recruitment, staff and team development.

Trained in robust coaching methodologies through the Neuroleadership Group,  Ali is an experienced career coach and is practised at preparing professional, effective CVs and cover letters that get results.  Passionate about working with people to help them understand their unique blend of skills and experience and how best to promote and demonstrate these as part of their job search strategy, Ali has worked with a wide range of professions and role types from front line staff through to senior management.
